How do I try the demo agent?

How long does on-boarding take?

Most venues are live within 24 hours after the onboarding call. In cases where this takes a little longer, it is often due to the need to tweak the knowledge-base.

Can I change the name and voice of my agent?

Of course!

We're constantly adding new voices, tones, nationalities.

The first step on our on-boarding session is to find a voice that works for you.

Can I cancel anytime?

After 3 months, yes.

This minimum term reflects the amount of work spent in the early days, and helps demonstrate how our AI learns over time.

We're confident you'll wonder how you ever lived without it though!

What happens after I try the demo agent?

While on the demo call, you can ask to book an appointment - Solly (our agent) will check our calendars in real time and offer you available slots.

In fact, Leisure CoPilot plays nice with every system. Not every booking system plays nice with us though.

When we can't, like with older, meaner systems, we'll signpost the availability of sessions with immediate SMS or WhatsApp messages to your customers with your exact product booking links inside.

What happens if a guest is unhappy?

First, our escalation trigger can be programmed to call one of your managers given certain circumstances. It can also send an SMS, WhatsApp, Email or internal notification (or all of these) instantly, with a summary of the issues discussed.
